Oppo is gearing up to unveil the new Reno 14 series of smartphones in China soon. There have already been reports regarding the Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro, and now, a fresh leak from a known tipster has revealed key details regarding their display, battery, and design. So let’s check it out.

Oppo Reno 14 Pro, Reno 14 Leak: What do they offer?

The latest information arrives from Digital Chat Station who shared the details on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website). Looking at the online post, the tipster claims that the Reno 14 series will be powered by massive battery packs that are over 6,000mAh capacities. The base Reno 14 may sport a 6.59-inch LTPS OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, while the higher end Reno 14 Pro could feature a taller 6.83-inch LTPS OLED screen with a 1.5K resolution.

DCS states that the display will have rounded corners with narrow bezels. Even the camera system is getting an upgrade over its predecessors to offer an “iPhone-like” experience. The rumor also claims that the Reno 14 series will launch with a thin and light design and offer top notch water and dust resistance thanks to the IP68 + IP69 rating. Oppo’s Reno 14 Pro recently had its renders leaked that showcased a redesigned camera module on the rear.

In a previous leak, the Digital Chat Station shared some design elements and camera details as well. Oppo might be introducing a periscope telephoto camera on the Reno 14 Pro. Based on what we know so far, the Reno 14 Pro may pack a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 SoC, a 120Hz refresh rate display on the front, a 50MP triple cameras on the rear, 80W wired fast charging, and 50W wireless fast charging.
